Three Men Arrested After A Meth Lab Was Found In A BackPack During Traffic Stop

On Friday the DeKalb County Drug Task Force did a routine stop on I-59 North bond at exit 22. The driver of the vehicle Amos Moses Lyons, 43 of Collinsville had warrants on him from Mobile County and one of the passengers Steven Arits Ray Jr., 34, of Collinsville had a warrant on him from DeKalb County. The Drug Task Force got consent to search the vehicle.

During the search they found a backpack with a meth lab in it and all components to produce a meth lab in the vehicle. All three Amos Moses Lyons, Steven Arits Ray Jr. and Eric Lewis Wills, 27 of Fort Payne were arrested and charged with Manufacturing of Controlled Substance 2nd and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
