“Go big or go home!!!” is apparently something at least one northwest Georgia man believes in whole-heartedly.
46 year old Larry DeWayne Justice of Rome has been charged with stealing a Bobcat tractor out of Chattooga County.
The Bobcat, reportedly belonging to the Georgia Department of Transportation, is valued at $20,000; according to Floyd County jail reports Justice was arrested at the Citgo gas station on the Martha Berry Highway and charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
He was additionally charged with acquiring a license plate in an attempt to conceal identity, driving with an expired tag, driving on a suspended license, driving without insurance, and no brake lights, in addition to a probation violation.
