Funeral services for Mr. Filemon “Phil” Mancilla, 72, of Piedmont will be Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 6 – 8 p.m.
