Mr. Carlton Early, age 78, of Gaylesville, passed away Sunday March 27th at his residence.
Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Wednesday March 30th, at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Hawkins and Rev. Danny Langley officiating, burial will follow in Cannon Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday.
Pallbearers include David Clay, Wesley Clay, Tony Clay, Jerry Stone, Steve Hice, and Gary Stephens.
Survivors include his wife Betty Sue Duncan Early; sons Michael (Michele) Early of Loganville, GA., Alan (Teresa) Early of Gaylesville, sister Syble Warbington; grandchildren Wade Cason, Jenna Swindall, Justin Anderson; 2 great grandchildren; chosen son Steve Hice of Dawsonville, GA., and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Early is preceded in death by his brother Charles Early and his sister Betty Sue White.
Mr. Early was a native of Cedar Bluff, the son of the late Clyde and Tilley Sitton Early, and of the Baptist faith.
The family will accept flowers or memorials may be made to a church of your choice.
