The driver of a truck that slammed into a power pole in West Rome Tuesday afternoon was reportedly only shaken up in the wreck.
That accident brought down several utility lines.
Emergency personnel, and Georgia Power crews, responded to the scene at the intersection of Lavender Drive and Brookwood Avenue just before 4:00pm.
According to reports, afterwards the driver complained of minor injuries but didn’t require transport to the hospital.
The cause of that accident remains under investigation.
