Jeffrey “Jeff” Hunter, age 58 of Leesburg, passed away Friday, February 26th at his residence.

Funeral services will be 11:AM Sunday, February 28th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Kenneth Patterson and Rev. David Davenport officiating; burial will follow in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9 until 11:AM Sunday.

Pallbearers include Chester Baker, Andy Andrews, Austin Chambers, Jeff Dodd, Michael Pendley, Ricky Hunter, Steve Hunter, Jackie Farmer.

Survivors include daughter, Miranda (Michael) Pendley of Jasper; brother, Michael Hunter of Leesburg; sister, Deborah (David) Moses of Leesburg; grandchildren, Micah Pendley and Mickenzie Maddox; nieces, Carla Richardson and Amber Helms; great nieces, Brooklyn (Andy) Andrews, Lauren Richardson; great nephews, Barrett Andrews and Kayden Helms; special friend, Tinna Clark.

Mr. Hunter was a native of Georgia, the son of the late Hobert Leroy and Willie Sue Baker Hunter and was a member of Round Mountain Baptist Church.
