According to an Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report a Georgia man was hurt in a single-vehicle accident occurring Sunday night in Cherokee County.
45 year old Steven Epps of Acworth, driving a 1986 GMC, was injured in that wreck, located at the intersection of Highways 35 and 68 – just after 9:00pm.
The cause of that accident remains under investigation by state troopers.
No extra information regarding the extent of that victim’s injuries has been-made available, however it was noted on the report that he was not wearing his seat belt at the time.
