Cedar Bluff, Gaylesville & Centre Firefighters responded to a house fire near the intersection of Forrest Street and Highway 9 North in Cedar Bluff just after 11:00 p.m. Saturday.
Cedar Bluff units were first on the scene to find the back bedroom of the home heavily involved in flames, fortunately no one was home at the time of the fire and firefighters were able to quickly contain the blaze.
The exact cause and origin is currently under investigation, Cedar Bluff Police and Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office Deputies also to assist.
