A Florida fugitive was arrested in Cherokee County on Wednesday, according to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, 35 year old Rikki L. Speakman of Dover, Florida was arrested by deputies in Sand Rock.
Sheriff’s Office investigators received information about the Florida fugitive and were able to locate him.
