TJ’s Liquor Store in Lyerly was robbed just after 4:00pm Tuesday.
A BOLO for a white Nissan Altima with three occupants was issued moments later. That car was reportedly traveling north on Highway 114.
At approximately 5:30, another BOLO was issued – this time, for a 1998 or ’99 model Dodge Durango, light in color with a roof rack, tinted windows and chrome wheels.
Summerville Police and area law enforcement officials are looking for a slender black male, wearing a Realtree camouflage jacket with hood, camouflage hat with a bandana, jeans, and pink gloves; he was also wearing a camouflage face mask.
Authorities have released photos of the suspect taken from store surveillance cameras.
Additional photos are expected to be released soon.
There were also rumors going around that the First Chance/Last Chance convenience store in Chattoogaville had also been robbed, however that was not the case.
