Etowah County authorities say a man and woman have been arrested for drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia following a domestic incident.
Etowah County Drug Enforcement Unit Interim Commander Randall Johnson says he arrest happened last Wednesday.
Rainbow City police officers responded on a call to a Lakeshore Drive residence. There, officers noticed a strong smell of marijuana, and contacted the drug enforcement unit.
Johnson said that officers found “numerous paraphernalia items and pills identified as Xanax.

22 year old Ryan Madden and 45 year old Traci Madden were arrested and transported to the Etowah County Detention Center.

Their bonds were set at $3,500 each.
