The Flood Warning continues for the Coosa River At Weiss Dam until Friday morning.
* At 8:00am Tuesday the stage was 567.2 feet and Flood Stage is 567 feet.
* Minor Flooding is occurring and additional Minor Flooding is expected.
Forecast / Weiss Lake will rise to around 568 feet by tonight – and will begin a slow fall by Wednesday afternoon.
Impact / At 567 feet the flooding of lakeside property occurs; some docks and boat houses will likely become inundated.
