A 30 year old Lafayette, Georgia woman was arrested in Floyd County over the weekend, in the wake of an accident that sent her to the hospital.
Clory Rochelle Smith was transported for treatment; and, according to reports, a deputy at the scene noticed there was something in one of her boots; something that turned out to be two bags of meth and a small amount of marijuana.
The report stated that after wrecking her car in Chattooga County Smith was transported to Redmond Regional in Rome where law enforcement detected the illegal drugs and arrested her on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine, and the misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (less than one ounce).
