A Cherokee County man was being held without bond on Sunday in Floyd County – accused of being in possession of methamphetamine.
24 year old Jeremy Wayne McGatha of a County Road 113 address in Centre, was taken into custody just after 4:00 Sunday afternoon following a traffic stop on Wilkerson Road.
McGatha, who was a passenger in the vehicle reportedly had methamphetamine in his front pocket, leading to his arrest on possession of meth, which is a felony.
