The Centre Fire Department is once again conducting their annual “Christmas Toy Drive for Kids”.

Now through December 15th, you can drop off new, unwrapped toys at the Centre Fire Hall on East Main Street, weekdays between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.

Toys can also be dropped off inside the Centre Walmart seven days a week – simply look for those specially marked boxes near the front of the store.

All items will be distributed through the Toys for Tots organization.

Each year the Centre Fire Department collects toys for needy children in Cherokee County – and each year the need grows greater; you’re encouraged to take a few minutes to pick up a toy and then make a donation that’ll mean more to a child on Christmas Day than you could ever imagine.
