Information has now been released regarding a single-vehicle accident, that claimed the life of a man in DeKalb County last Friday.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report the wreck took place at 6:00am on I-59 approximately five miles south of Collinsville.
The report indicates the vehicle, a Honda Accord, left the roadway and struck a tree causing fatal injuries to the driver.
What has NOT been released, is the driver’s name.
That accident remains under investigation by state troopers.
