Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a single vehicle accident on Highway 411 North just north of County Road 31 at approximately 5:15 Tuesday afternoon.
According to reports the vehicle was off the roadway and at least one person was injured in the mishap. Law enforcement officers who were first to arrive on the scene, say it appeared that the driver, identified as 63 year old Lewis Conaway of Centre may have suffered from a diabetic episode which caused him to crash.
Conaway was reportedly treated for minor injuries as a result of the mishap.
