The Alabama High School Athletic Association has allowed schools – if they choose to do so – to change their schedules moving Friday games to Thursday, due to the threat of severe weather. At this time, the only local game affected, will be Cherokee County VS Deshler, which is scheduled for 7:00pm THURSDAY.
Cherokee County High School will be selling Football Tickets for the Deshler game, through end of school on Thursday (November 5th) at a cost of $8.00 per ticket (cash only).
The school will be having a Blackout pep rally at 10:20 Thursday morning in the gym.
The team will be leaving Cherokee County High School immediately afterwards, and all Warrior fans are encouraged to come downtown and give the team a proper send-off as they begin their trip to Deshler for the state playoffs.
