Ft Payne Police Chief Randy Bynum reports the arrest of two teens on charges of vandalism in connection with damage done at the Ft Payne City Park.

On Thursday, October 1st between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00pm, the restrooms at the park were damaged in the amount of $850.

Investigators quickly gathered evidence, and followed leads to make an arrest the following day charging Jeremiah Daniel Sharrow, and Christopher Emmanuel Clayton – both 18 – with Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree.

Both were booked into jail with bond being set at $500 each.
