Revenue Commissioner Johnny Roberts Retiring After 43 Years Of Service

The Cherokee County Revenue Commissioners along with the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce hosted a reception on Wednesday honoring longtime Revenue Commissioner John A. Roberts who is retiring after 43 dedicated years of service to Cherokee County.

The reception was held in the Chamber of Commerce meeting room on the campus of Gadsden State Cherokee in Centre. Among those in attendance was State Representative and Cherokee County resident Richard Lindsey who read aloud a proclamation in honor of Roberts.

Roberts says that he is very appreciative for outpouring of support from the community, family and friends –
