A Piedmont resident was hurt in a single-vehicle accident on County Road 29 Monday.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report shows that 18 year old Christopher Hooper, driving a 2008 Nissan, was involved in that accident around 1:00am approximately two miles north of Piedmont.
No information was listed on the report regarding the extent of his injuries; he was wearing a seatbelt at the time the wreck occurred.
The cause of that accident remains under investigation.
