A 70 year old Rome resident has been jailed on a charge of aggravated child molestation.
According to arrest warrants at the Floyd County Jail David Stephen Toney of a Baker Drive address inappropriately touched a female victim under the age of sixteen.
The warrant states that the incident occurred between January and August this year (2015)
Toney remains in the Floyd County Jail.
