A DeKalb County man was arrested on August 9th in connection with assault of a female victim.
According to officials, Kevin Hancock, 31 of Collinsville, was charged for felony domestic violence and transported to the DeKalb County Detention Center.
Sheriff Jimmy Harris says Rhonda Hancock, 54 of Collinsville, was at the intersection of County Road 25 and County Road 29 when 911 received a call saying it appeared that the woman had been assaulted.
Rhonda Hancock was transported to DeKalb Regional Hospital for treatment.
