Mr. Graham L. Brown, age 89, of Centre, passed away Saturday July 11th at Cherokee Medical Center.
Funeral Service will be 11 A.M. Tuesday, July 14th, at Centre First Baptist Church, with Rev. Eddie Nation officiating. Entombment will follow at Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. Tuesday.
Survivors include sons Steve (Terri) Brown of Birmingham, and Paul (Lisa) Brown of Spanish Fort; brother Dwight (Mary Ellen) Brown of Marietta, GA; sisters Allene (Elmer) Davis, Jr. of Centre, Runette (Alton) Hester of Albertville and Gwendolyn Usry of Centre; 5 grandchildren April Brown, Roy Brown, Anna Brown, Nicholas Antonio, and Tony Antonio, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Billie Pentecost Brown, daughter, Sharon Antonio, brother, Oren Brown and sister, Maxine Knighten.
Mr. Brown was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late Roy and Gladys Graham Brown and was a member of Centre First Baptist Church. Mr. Brown served in the Navy as a World War II Veteran.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Centre First Baptist Church.
