Mrs. Cora Parks age 97 of Centre passed away Thursday June 11th at Cherokee Health & Rehab.
Funeral services will be 3 P.M. Sunday June 14th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Melvyn Salter officiating; burial will follow in Oak Bowery Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 P.M. to 3 P.M. Sunday.
Family will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Station 5 at Cherokee Health and Rehab.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Parks was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Clifford Robert and Corina Myrick Parks and a member of Cedartown 1st UMC.
Memorials may be made a favorite charity, or the family will accept flowers.
