The driver and his 16 year old passenger luckily escaped injury after being involved in a single vehicle rollover on County Road 59 near Ellisville on Friday evening.
According to family members of the driver, identified as 17 year old Tyler Moore, flipped his 2005 Hyundai Tribourn, struck a tree and came to rest in a ditch.
The Ellisville Fire Department, Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department Deputies and Alabama State Troopers responded to the scene.
