The Floyd County Police Department Criminal Investigations Division has arrested Eugene Talmadge Bowling, age 74 of a Dalton residence on felony charges of Child Molestation and Sexual Battery.
Floyd County Police investigators and patrol officers with assistance from the Georgia State Patrol arrested Bowling at the Kangaroo convenience store on Burlington Road – following an extensive investigation that was opened after a report was made concerning the alleged victim, who is 13 years old.
