A three-vehicle accident in Floyd County blocked traffic for a considerable length of time on Thursday.
That accident took place at Rockmart Road and the 101 Spur and involved a tractor trailer and two passenger vehicles; the truck wasn’t loaded and fortunately, it appears no one was seriously hurt in the mishap, although there were complaints of neck and back pain.
Traffic was detoured onto Chateau Drive while cleanup crews worked to remove wreckage
The cause of that accident remains under investigation.
