Sarah Bright with Cherokee Electric Co-Op has informed WEIS Radio News that TVA will once again be having a Planned Power Outage at the Gaylesville Substation this (Friday) afternoon.
Bright said that the outage will affect only those customers served by the Gaylesville station, and will last approximately one hour from 3:30 – 4:30pm.
This is due to necessary maintenance being performed at the facility.
