76 Year Old Man Charged with Sexual Abuse of a Child

A 76 year old Marshall County man has been arrested on sexual abuse charges.

Arthur Olen Stapler was arrested Tuesday, and charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child; reportedly, the victim was under 12 years of age.
