In their first match at Twin Bridges Golf Club, the Cherokee County Warriors varsity boys golf team claimed second place on Tuesday. Caden Garrett led the team with a 41, while Stone Alexander followed with a 43, Paul Wynn right behind with 44 and JR Young rounding out with a 48 for a Warriors team score of 176.
The Etowah Blue Devils claimed the number one spot with a team score of 171. The Hokes Bluff Eagles carded 198.
Cedar Bluff’s Nick Sawyer brought in the low score of the day with a 35.

With only one more week of the regular season, the Warriors are getting ready for Sectionals on April 27th at Limestone Springs Golf Club in Oneonta.
