Two juveniles at Crossville School were arrested on Tuesday by the School Resource Officer for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st.

According to Sheriff Jimmy Harris both juveniles were found to be in possession of Marijuana for the purpose to sell.

The juveniles were turned over to the Juvenile Probation Office.

Sheriff Harris states “What is more disturbing to me is that even though it was a small amount of Marijuana both of these kids are under the age of 13. This is one of the reasons we need School Resource Officers in the Schools. The School Resource Officer did a great job on following up on information leading to these arrest.”
