Mrs. Mary Grace Adams

Mrs. Mary Grace Adams, age 86 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Thursday March 26th in a Birmingham Hospital.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Sunday, March 29th at Cedar Bluff United Methodist Church with Rev. Tim Kendrick officiating; burial will be 4 PM in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Oneonta. The family will receive friends Sunday at the Church from 1 PM until the funeral hour at 2 PM.

Pallbearers include: Tommy Lee, Caleb Lee, Myron Wilson, Mark Pitts, Hoppie Morris, Paul McWhorter, Barry Mouser, Roy Wynn, Tim Harton, Randy Cobia.

Survivors include: Daughter, Melissa Pearson Lutenbacher, son in law; Jay Lutenbacher; two grandchildren; six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ferrell Adams.

Mrs. Adams was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Thomas and May Livingston Armstrong, was a member of Cedar Bluff United Methodist Church, where she played the piano and organ for many years. She started playing the piano and organ in the Cedar Bluff Baptist Church when she was 10 years old. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Armstrong Scholarship fund at Judson College.
