Centre Resident John Curry Named To Gadsden Regional Medical Center’s Board Of Trustees

John Curry

John Curry has been named to Gadsden Regional Medical Center’s Board of Trustees.

Curry was elected to the board in December and began his three-year term last month.

A native of Gadsden, Curry is a resident of Centre and has served for 25 years on Cherokee Medical Center’s Board of Trustees, including a stint at chairman.

He also has been a board member and chairman of the Alabama Council of Hospital Trustees.

Curry is a past president of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce and was a member of the county’s Industrial Development Board.

He is a 1971 graduate of Auburn University, with a degree in engineering, and is married to the former Jane Lee of Cedartown, Ga.
