Anniston Police Investigators have charged a man with Capital Murder for the shooting death of 28 year old Antonio DuJuan Billingsley of Anniston. According to a news release from Capitan Allen George, Police arrested 27 year old Brandon Lawrence Gipson of Anniston on Friday.
Billingsley was shot and killed while sitting in his vehicle during the early morning hours of February 14, 2015. Gipson is also charged with Attempted Murder and Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Dwelling in connection with the case.
Anniston Police Investigators continue to investigate the case.
