A 43 year old Marshall County woman has been taken into custody after being indicted on a manslaughter charge in connection with the death of a motorcyclist in 2013.
Raquel Leanne Golden was allegedly driving under the influence – when, in October of that year – her car collided with the motorcycle being driven by 25 year old Robert Estes, along Highway 227 in Guntersville.
Bond for Golden has been set at $30,000
