A 28 year old Gadsden man has been arrested on attempted murder charges in connection with a Wednesday night shooting in the 1500 block of Pierce Avenue.
Antonius Hackman was taken into custody at the scene just after 8:00pm.
The male victim was reportedly air-lifted to UAB for treatment following the incident.
The investigation into the matter is on-going.
