A Chattooga County teenager has now been charged with First Degree Homicide by Vehicle by the Georgia State Patrol.
The charge was brought against 18 year old Haley Madison Lloyd after she allegedly struck and killed four year old Alexis “Lexi” Evans on Orchard Hill Road last June (2014).

The Summerville News reports that Lloyd left the scene of the accident and finally stopped in the parking lot of Fred’s Pharmacy off of Highway 48 in Summerville.
Lloyd was additionally charged with Hit and Run/Leaving the Scene of an Accident and the Failure to Report an accident.
