A 20 year old DeKalb County has been indicted a charge of the Willful Abuse or Torture of a Child; the charge stems from an incident in April of last year (2014) involving a four month old child whose leg was broken.

Prosecutors say Brandy Lea Watson was the last one with the child and the injury has been determined to be NON-accidental.

Watson is being held in the DeKalb County Detention Center with bond set at 0,000.
