Jack Austin Cosby III has been sentenced to 10 years on charges of sexual abuse.
He was booked into the Marshall County Jail Tuesday – for fondling a young girl that he had been babysitting. According to a report by WAFF TV48, he was charged with fondling a ten year old girl at his home in Arab in 2012.
An investigation was launched after the young girl reported it to a school counselor.
