Fourth Man Now in Custody in Connection with January Robbery

Home Invasion 12A fourth man is now in custody in connection with a January 21st robbery in Floyd County.

30 year old Quentin Leon Bigby of Lithonia has been charged with Robbery and Burglary in the case; Bigby is suspected of driving three other men to the scene of the robbery.

Home Invasion 1125 year old Ellis Smith, Jr., and 34 year old Mario Sullivan – both of Stone Mountain, and 30 year old Termaine Smith of Hillsboro, were previously arrested and charged with Burglary, Terroristic Threats, Armed Robbery, False Imprisonment, Kidnapping – and Impersonating a Police Officer.

All three were arrested a short distance from the home immediately following the incident.

According to police reports the victim was home alone when she heard three men enter the residence by force; the three represented themselves as being police officers – then tied up the woman and threatened to kill her unless she told them where she kept her money.

The three eventually fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, and several hundred dollars worth of property, after they observed police arriving.

All three were taken into custody just moments later.

Over the weekend, Bigby was transferred to the Floyd County Jail from the DeKalb County, Georgia Jail – where he was already being held.
