Cherokee County authorities arrested three people on drug charges Wednesday morning.

According to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office website 30 year old Buddy Lee Hester, 27 year old Merissa Skylar Lindsey and 22 year old Cherity Jones Bray – all from Centre – were each placed under arrest, and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, in addition to Resisting Arrest.

Hester was additionally charged with Non Support.

All three were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center at around 10:00am.
