A Ft Payne man was fatally injured in a motorcycle accident Wednesday night.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Post at Decatur, that accident occurred on County Road 130 in DeKalb County, just Southeast of Ft Payne, at 9:10pm – and resulted in the death of 38 year old Tommy Joe Williams.
According to the accident report, Williams wasn’t wearing a helmet at the time of the crash – the cause of that accident remains under investigation.
