An investigation into a double homicide occurring late last week in Floyd County continues
Coroner Barry Henderson has identified those two victims as James Steven Reeves, age 69, and Myra Wilson Reeves, age 71 – both of a Terhune Road address.
Henderson says the official cause of death is being withheld at this time due to the on-going investigation; scanner traffic had indicated that there was a call concerning a shooting at the residence around 3:00pm Friday.
Police say additional information will be released at a later date.
