A Marshall County man has been sentenced to two years in prison for the rape of a 15 year old girl.
63 year old David Michael Coronado was sentenced Monday and he was jailed immediately afterwards.
Prosecutors stated several sexual acts had taken place at Coronado’s home in Guntersville prior to the rape occurring.
He was arrested back in December of 2013.
Following his release from prison he’ll be required to register as a sex offender and will be on probation for a period of five years.
