62 year old Frank Wayne Bailey, a Gadsden-area attorney – has been arrested for making a terroristic threat against a law enforcement officer.
Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin said Bailey allegedly made the threatening statement to a state trooper while in traffic court last Thursday (January 8th); Captain Jason Argo said the charge is a felony.
