Two people were hurt in a single-vehicle accident in Cherokee County Monday night.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, that wreck took place on Highway 9 at approximately 7:00pm, and involved a 1991 Ford, being driven by 19 year old Jory Haggard of a Piedmont address.
The report also listed a 17 year old female passenger as being hurt in the mishap.
That accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
