A 34-year old Rome man was jailed Friday on multiple charges including endangering a child by driving under the influence.
According to Floyd County Jail records, David Lee Hartline, of a Fred Kelly Road address, was arrested in the area of Walker Mountain Road.
He was additionally charged with criminal trespass, 2nd degree cruelty to children, no headlights, no brake lights, disorderly conduct, driving on a suspended or revoked license, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, failure to maintain a lane, obstruction of officers, open container, driving on the wrong side of the road, reckless driving, DUI and a seat belt violation.
