Mr. Marvin Leon Hunter age 77 of Centre passed away Friday December 26th at Riverview Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Monday December 29th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Wells officiating, burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Sunday.

Pallbearers include Brad Motes, Jonathon Hunter, Gary Stallings, Alvis Wells and James Teat The Mailman.

Survivors include sons, Steve (Juanita) Hunter of Gaylesville, Jerry Hunter of Centre, Jason Hunter of Centre: daughter, Becky (Steve) Hooper of Centre: special granddaughter, Laura Hooper: sister, Sybil Stallings of Centre: 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren.

Mr. Hunter was a native Cherokee County and the son of the late Charlie and Ruby Sims Hunter.
