DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris takes the Oath of Office for his 3rd term from State EMA Director Art Faulkner at Mountain View Baptist Church.
His grandson Payton Dowdey holds the Bible while wife Sabrina stands on the other side.
Payton, who is a senior at Geraldine High School, will be leaving for the military next year following graduation.
